We are Joud Wood Company and by our warranty, guarantees all the purchased parts and materials starting from the installation date and for Five years.
This Warranty is subject to the following items: 1 - We only guarantee the parts that have been installed by us or by any of our Authorized agents.
2 - We guarantee poor installation and all defects that are resulted from manufacturing.
3 - We don’t guarantee any defect resulted from misusing the parts.
4 - Under the direct request of the customer and entirely on his responsibility we may exclude some conditions or parts out of our guarantee. Joud Wood Co
